This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Oversee sales and distribution in a specified region, including merchandising tasks.
• Effectively promote company initiatives to retail partners, encompassing promotions, inventory oversight, and pricing strategies.
• Promote and implement the 4Ps: presence, pricing, promotion, and product to customers and adult nicotine consumers.
• Create a local strategy and business plan to achieve territory objectives.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and target current and potential retail outlets for product sales opportunities.
• Provide guidance to retail partners on category management and business analysis.
• Enhance business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and pre-call planning.
• Monitor, measure, and assess progress against key initiatives and business metrics.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess market opportunities and their effects on business performance.
• Fulfill account management duties for designated chain and distribution headquarters accounts.
• Cultivate leadership potential through continuous training and impactful experiences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a marketing-centric role, preferably in sales, field marketing, or business-to-business environments.
• Proficient in utilizing sales technologies and software like SalesForce and Tableau.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and develop account relationships through cross-functional engagement.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past three years.
• Reliable vehicle or a willingness to secure a vehicle for daily work use.
• Capacity to focus and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to climb and operate from heights between 9 to 12 feet.
• Capacity to work in limited and confined spaces.
• Ability to visually inspect and handle merchandise and advertising displays.
• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Willingness to drive up to 100 miles per day.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of relevant field sales experience preferred.
