This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities within EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators.
• Create and implement territory growth strategies aimed at market penetration, product adoption, and enhancing long-term customer value.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
• Present data-driven sales pitches that effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits of the Zio platform.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
• Propel strategic partnerships and facilitate account conversions in intricate healthcare environments.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.com for forecasting, territory planning, and reporting.
• Manage account performance and operational health, which includes training, inventory management, workflow optimization, and promoting usage growth.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, Payer Relations, Billing, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Offer leadership insights regarding territory dynamics, customer requirements, and market changes.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in place of education, or a combination of education and experience may be considered instead of a bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• A strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Demonstrated success in gaining market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing competitors through value-based selling strategies.
• Proven capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in complex settings.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, approximately 4.5 days per week in the field, with occasional weeknight and overnight travel required.
