This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators.
• Create and implement territory growth strategies aimed at market penetration, product adoption, and enhancing customer value.
• Oversee the entire sales process from generating leads and assessing needs to closing contracts and onboarding.
• Present data-driven sales pitches that highlight the clinical and economic advantages of the Zio platform.
• Build connections with key opinion leaders, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate intricate healthcare environments to foster partnerships and facilitate account conversions.
• Develop and sustain a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting, territory planning, and reporting.
• Manage account performance and operational health, which includes training, inventory management, workflow optimization, and driving usage growth.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, Payer Relations, Billing, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Examine territory performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Offer leadership insights regarding territory dynamics, customer requirements, and market changes.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of successful sales experience required.
• At least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales is necessary.
• Strong preference for experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Proven track record in capturing market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing competitors through value-based selling.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement strategic sales plans in complex settings.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 4.5 days/week in the field, including periodic weeknights and overnight travel as necessary).
