Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Promote and market Metro brand shelving, carts, and storage/transport solutions within the healthcare sector.

• Sell Metro products within specified healthcare environments.

• Sustain and enhance revenue and market share in the designated territory.

• Create business strategies to penetrate competitive accounts and foster growth in existing ones.

• Offer storage and transportation solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.

• Engage in continuous learning and training regarding the market, products, and brand positioning.

• Oversee the complete sales process, which includes both oral and written presentations.

• Network to gain access to potential new accounts.

• Provide weekly forecast updates and manage sales systems like QuickBase.

• Organize and participate in product demonstrations, quoting, and proposal delivery.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with distribution partners.

• Comprehend and adhere to the Code of Business Ethics.

• Report any actual or suspected violations of the Code or company policies.

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and/or managing the functional-area budget for the department.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• 1-4 years of relevant work experience is necessary.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN do not qualify.

• Must not require work authorization sponsorship at any time, now or in the future.
