This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Report directly to the VP of Sales.
β’ Foster growth and revenue for Cinema and Broadcast products within the Western USA.
β’ Create and execute sales strategies to discover and nurture new business opportunities.
β’ Perform market analysis on industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
β’ Meet and surpass sales objectives and performance metrics.
β’ Promote and provide support for broadcast lens products and cinema camera and lens products through established sales channels.
β’ Collaborate with product development teams by sharing customer feedback and insights.
β’ Oversee quotations and purchase orders while maintaining forecasts of regional projects.
β’ Monitor and manage records of demo/loaner equipment.
β’ Ensure the integrity of the customer database and adhere to pricing and discount policies.
β’ Generate comprehensive sales reports for management review.
β’ Educate and assist customers on product usage and maintenance.
β’ Support reseller channels and B2B end-users.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers, fulfilling commitments.
β’ Provide support for on-site product demonstrations as needed.
β’ Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
β’ Engage in learning opportunities to enhance customer service and relationship-building skills.
β’ Assist in trade shows, exhibits, and promotional events at both local and international levels.
β’ Aid in the creation of marketing collateral and manage reporting for headquarters.
β’ Comply with FUJIFILM travel and compliance policies.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
β’ 3-5 years of sales experience in the broadcast and cinema industry or a comparable field.
β’ A solid understanding of the technical specifications, features, and applications of broadcast and cinema equipment.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various sales management tools.
β’ Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to attend customer locations, industry conferences, and trade shows, both in Canada and internationally as required.
β’ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to overcoming challenges and achieving goals.
β’ High degree of professionalism, with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
β’ Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
