
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
• Take ownership of the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for users sourced through partners, encompassing activation, onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and vertical business teams to transform partner agreements, customer behaviors, and business objectives into effective lifecycle programs.
• Develop segmentation and personalization strategies based on partner data, entitlements, user behavior, and intent.
• Create, build, test, and implement lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, and in-app experiences using Braze.
• Leverage customer behavior and performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and assess impact.
• Utilize Amplitude, Braze, Eppo, and AI throughout the lifecycle process.
• Lead initiatives across Partnerships, vertical marketing, Growth Product, creative teams, analytics, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Foster alignment, manage priorities and dependencies, and ensure timely launches.
• Convert strategy, experimentation, and performance insights into actionable communication.
• Transform successful experiments into repeatable playbooks for new partners and categories.
• Enhance lifecycle workflows, tools, and methodologies as the partner ecosystem expands.
• Report directly to the Director of Growth Lifecycle Marketing.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably within consumer subscription or mobile app sectors.
• Extensive lifecycle marketing experience across activation, onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention, showcasing demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in managing lifecycle marketing programs across various products or business lines.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amplitude or similar product analytics tools.
• Skilled in developing hypotheses, designing A/B and holdout tests, interpreting results, and applying insights.
• Proficient in Braze or an equivalent lifecycle marketing platform, including automated behavior-driven journeys, segmentation, personalization, and triggering logic.
• Strong understanding of AI and the capability to create repeatable AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven success in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Willingness to travel quarterly for several days to a corporate office or other onX strategic locations.
