This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee relationships within a substantial portfolio of SMB healthcare clients, focusing on engagement according to customer needs, account status, and growth potential.
• Recognize at-risk accounts, address client issues, and execute retention initiatives.
• Evaluate product usage, customer requirements, and account potential to discover and secure upsell and cross-sell prospects.
• Facilitate effective onboarding, training, and ongoing product utilization.
• Create scalable account management procedures and optimize workflows.
• Utilize CRM systems, customer health metrics, and usage analytics to detect trends and prioritize actions.
• Work in conjunction with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to tackle challenges and enhance customer experience.
• Assume responsibility for customer outcomes and resolve issues independently.
• Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of B2B healthcare clients, mainly small medical practices and micro-clinics with 2–5 providers.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing position, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in managing a high-volume portfolio of SMB or small-to-medium business accounts.
• Established track record of enhancing customer retention, driving renewals, and recognizing expansion possibilities.
• Experience in developing or refining scalable account management processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret customer data, prioritize accounts, and identify actionable opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including handling challenging customer discussions.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with changing processes.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, adaptability, and dedication to outstanding customer experiences.
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth tech company is advantageous.
• Familiarity with healthcare providers, medical practices, or healthcare technology products is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools and products is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and productivity platforms like HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams in asynchronous environments is a plus.
