This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory through active selling initiatives.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with key decision-makers.
• Propel market share and drive sales growth.
• Promote Comfort Medical’s service offerings to designated clients.
• Engage with targeted accounts and create and implement territory sales strategies.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to pinpoint opportunities.
• Comprehend customer environments, decision-makers, challenges, and opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities within community-based continence programs.
• Generate interest for designated rehabilitation centers and urology practices.
• Support community support networks and guide newly injured patients transitioning from rehabilitation to home.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to reveal customer strategies and showcase financial and clinical benefits.
• Organize daily calling schedules and account management.
• Leverage sales tools, marketing initiatives, reports, and educational resources to optimize growth.
• Monitor competitive actions and sales performance.
• Retain and expand existing customer accounts.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships that enhance Comfort Medical's presence within target accounts.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships, including with Coloplast field sales.
• Stay informed about clinical, technical, competitive, market, and industry trends.
• Attend relevant industry conferences and events, including trade shows and CMSA meetings.
• Organize data within the CRM system.
• Keep comprehensive records, sales reports, and manage expenses.
• Utilize PowerBI and Brightree for account follow-up and time management.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in med tech sales, OR an associate degree with 5+ years in med tech sales, OR at least 7 years of med tech sales experience.
• Experience in DME or service-related fields is preferred.
• Willingness and capability to travel, including overnight travel, 25%–50% of the time.
• Completion of credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities or systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Outstanding listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective time management and territory planning skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adhere to relevant laws, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies.
