This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, implement, and execute business plans for the territory that align with corporate goals.
• Analyze performance metrics, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive actions to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business entity, prioritizing accounts and resources effectively.
• Utilize CRM systems, sales analytics, and other data sources to enhance targeting, call planning, and territory management.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, pharmacies, health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Engage with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, office staff, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Provide clinically accurate product presentations that cater to customer requirements.
• Implement promotional programs, educational initiatives, speaker programs, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure customer service excellence and responsiveness to foster account growth.
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of products, disease states, clinical data, and market dynamics.
• Accurately convey complex clinical information in customer interactions.
• Track competitor activities, treatment protocols, payer changes, and industry developments.
• Complete mandatory training and enhance expertise in products, markets, and sales techniques.
• Conduct business in a compliant and ethical manner, adhering to company policies, regulations, and legal standards.
• Maintain precise CRM documentation and manage territory expenses within approved budgets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is essential.
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Capability to work independently while managing a territory and key customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen coupled with strategic planning abilities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in effectively communicating clinical and scientific information.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel as required, which may include overnight and air travel.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and frequently stand, walk, talk, and/or hear.
• Occasionally required to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• May need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to operate a keyboard, telephone, and handheld devices.
