Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Travel throughout the assigned territory to engage with independent agencies and cultivate relationships.

• Drive sales and enhance revenue by identifying new business prospects and optimizing current accounts.

• Offer training and support to agency partners regarding products, services, and the value proposition.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at territory expansion.

• Keep an eye on industry trends, market changes, and competitor actions.

• Represent AssuranceAmerica at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking events.

• Establish connections with independent agencies to broaden the company’s footprint and market share.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven with a passion for success and surpassing objectives.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.

• Professional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the capacity for independent decision-making.

• Proficient in data collection and analysis.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

• Must be prepared to travel.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.

• Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk while working on a computer.
