This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive sales growth for Capital Equipment and Services within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to establish annual budgets for Capital Equipment and Aftermarket sales and expenses.
• Develop and implement territory strategies aimed at meeting sales and expense goals, fostering customer relationships, and optimizing order intake.
• Identify, nurture, and oversee sales opportunities while ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
• Keep an updated list of high-potential Capital Equipment proposals and track their progress.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and cultivate long-term relationships at both site and corporate levels.
• Provide technical insights and coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and deliver solutions to customers.
• Support Customer Account Managers in identifying pre-service parts for repairs, rebuilds, and warranty claims.
• Lead technical sales presentations and handle commercial negotiations to finalize orders.
• Participate in equipment installations, start-ups, and complex repair tasks as required.
• Work in collaboration with Proposal, Application, Engineering, Field Service, and Order Execution teams for project handover and implementation.
• Liaise with local engineering firms and project stakeholders on business development initiatives.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to sales leadership.
• Complete visit reports, update CRM records, and follow up with customers.
• A minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or industrial sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to sell complex, high-value equipment to industrial clients.
• Self-driven with the ability to operate independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
• Prior experience in the feed, biofuel, or similar industrial sectors is preferred.
• Background in pelleting/agglomeration and hammermilling/size reduction is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region to support customer relationships and business opportunities (50-70%).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
