Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Identify and research potential vendors.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.

• Receive and address maintenance requests from AlffCo clients.

• Interpret requests and select the appropriate provider or technician for dispatch.

• Create and submit proposals for new projects, taking budgets, costs, and margins into account.

• Procure and onboard vendors while ensuring all contractual documentation is maintained.

• Negotiate favorable pricing with vendors.

• Ensure that vendors meet their contractual obligations.

• Verify the completion of vendor jobs and assess customer satisfaction/job approval.

• Approve vendor work completion for payment processing.

• Authorize work orders for customer invoicing.

• Complete quality assurance and compliance documentation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Report directly to the Regional Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, and scopes of work.

• Prior experience in vendor management is essential.

• Experience with Service Channel is highly preferred.

• A valid Driver’s License is required.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

• General knowledge of facility maintenance and construction services, including landscaping, parking lot sweeping, snow removal, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

• Ability to quickly learn new database programs.

• Proficient in navigating platforms such as Service Channel, Excel, Word, and Paylocity.

• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs is expected.

• An Associate's Degree is preferred.
