This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Meet sales objectives within the designated territory through effective selling strategies.
• Build and nurture business relationships with influential decision-makers.
• Deliver product training sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Enhance market share and drive sales growth.
• Focus on homecare clients located in Alberta.
• Promote and support Coloplast’s range of wound care products.
• Formulate and implement strategies at the account level.
• Evaluate sales performance and customer data to inform decisions.
• Articulate Coloplast’s value proposition linked to customer financial considerations.
• Keep track of competitive activities and sales figures in targeted accounts.
• Acquire new clientele and establish a solid market presence.
• Recognize and address overlooked customer challenges or requirements.
• Align products with the needs of patients, clinicians, and accounts.
• Build consensus among various stakeholders within accounts.
• Share product information effectively in both one-on-one and group settings using verbal and visual communication methods.
• Organize daily call schedules and manage account coverage.
• Foster and sustain long-term business relationships.
• Establish trust with stakeholders and act as a resource for accounts.
• Provide insights on clinical and technical product knowledge.
• Analyze and relay clinical information from research studies, trade publications, and marketing materials.
• Monitor competing products, market trends, and industry updates.
• Stay informed on clinical advancements through relevant industry journals and articles.
• Systematize information within the CRM system.
• Keep accurate records and perform sales reporting and expense management.
• Execute other assigned tasks as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven success in sales within the medical device sector.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the territory; some overnight travel may be necessary.
• Occasional travel to the United States may be required for training or sales meetings.
• Valid driver's license; driving is a requirement for this role.
• Adherence to applicable laws, regulations, the MedTech Code of Conduct, and company policies.
• Previous experience in medical device sales is preferred.
