This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel sustainable business growth by engaging with operators, chains, and trade partners.
• Utilize data and CRM tools to strategize and carry out sales calls.
• Achieve targets such as sales growth, reach and penetration, digital engagement, fully profiled operators, demos, and sampling.
• Implement online and face-to-face multi-touchpoint contact strategies.
• Provide virtual culinary consultations to select operators.
• Connect with local chain account and operator customers.
• Execute key account management, CBP, Win & Retain funnel, and contact matrix approaches.
• Transform business insights and market trends into activation and solution selling.
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
• Network with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Prepare for customer visits and manage workflow and market funnel in Salesforce.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual sampling, ideation, and cooking demonstrations.
• Leverage culinary expertise and selling narratives to secure opportunities and boost product usage.
• Follow up on opportunities until the sale is closed.
• Coordinate and secure monthly customer orders.
• Meet with distributors and trade partners to broaden assortment, align priorities, and generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor sales representatives.
• Implement contact matrices and squad-based management for trade customers.
• Engage trade customers to ensure alignment for secondary sales data.
• Execute seasonal and event-related promotions.
• Promptly submit and settle claims.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar and pertinent roles within the market/industry.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; candidates with significant and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
• Experience in CPG Foodservice Sales (B2B Sales).
• Background in Culinary/Chef Selling experiences.
• Existing network of Foodservice Operator Partners.
• Experience in Distributor Sales, Ingredient Sales, or Broker Sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Operator experience is essential.
• Knowledge of market/geographical areas.
• Background in Food University (CIA, Food & Hospitality).
• Experience in a Multi-National Corporate Company.
• Proficient in contemporary technology, including MS Office, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience utilizing AI in daily tasks.
• Ability to sell premium brands through superiority-selling narratives and culinary solutions.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous.
