Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail environments with professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

• Assist Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the designated territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Aid in new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional occasions.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management opportunities.

• Lift, bend, and transport products while observing safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Hold a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Preferably possess 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.

• Reside within the geographical limits of the team.

• Must have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets is necessary.

• Capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling activities.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain consistent shelf standards, manage product rotation, and execute displays effectively.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to adhere to schedules, document execution, capture display images, and complete coverage tasks accurately.

• Organized and efficient in carrying out store visits and managing coverage assignments.
