Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for Mondelēz within stores throughout the designated territory.

• Provide hands-on assistance to Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Deliver excellent customer service to store teams while upholding company standards.

• Conduct store visits in accordance with Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence guidelines.

• Capture display images and document execution via DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays as per RTM-negotiated agreements.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with product launches, seasonal merchandising efforts, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate future management opportunities.

• Comply with safety protocols and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, moving products, and driving within the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Hold a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Preferably possess 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Must be able to travel across assigned markets.

• Capable of frequent lifting, bending, and carrying weights of up to 25 lbs., occasionally exceeding 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Ability to adhere to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Competent in capturing display photos and documenting execution.

• Adept at reinforcing foundational skills and aiding in onboarding processes.

• Must follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
