Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism and excellence in execution.

• Assist Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding company standards.

• Conduct daily store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution via DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in line with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Follow daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM.

• Support the launch of new products, seasonal merchandising efforts, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management roles.

• Adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence is required.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is desirable.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is necessary.

• Must be able to travel within assigned markets.

• Capability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in taking on Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to manage schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks.

• Organized and effective in completing store visits and managing coverage responsibilities.

• Adaptable and proactive in addressing coverage needs and unexpected challenges within stores.
