Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail environments with professionalism, dependability, and excellence in execution.

• Assist Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the designated territory.

• Provide customer service to store teams, reinforcing Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution through DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and aid in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management roles.

• Engage in physical activities such as lifting, bending, moving, pushing, and pulling while adhering to safety and driving protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Capability to travel across assigned markets.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in using mobile tools and applications for scheduling, documenting execution, capturing display photos, and completing coverage tasks accurately.

• Capable of stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Ability to reinforce foundational skills and assist in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

• A college degree is preferred.
