Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative of Mondelēz in retail environments with professionalism, dependability, and execution excellence.

• Offer direct support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the designated territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding company standards.

• Conduct store visits adhering to the standards of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture display images and document execution via DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays in accordance with plans negotiated by RTM.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and support the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential management roles.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and policies regarding company vehicles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Ability to travel within assigned markets.

• Capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Must ensure coverage and execution excellence throughout the territory.

• Possess a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Confident in using mobile tools and applications.

• Demonstrate adaptability and initiative.

• Strong time and task management skills are essential.

• Physically prepared for the demands of the role.

• Ability to assist in the onboarding process of Merchandisers and Order Writers.
