Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail environments with professionalism and excellence in execution.

• Assist Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the designated territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding company standards.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM.

• Support product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional activities.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A valid driver's license issued by the state of residence is required.

• High School Diploma or GED is necessary.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Flexible schedule availability is required, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets is necessary.

• Capability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally over 50 lbs, along with pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications, DMI, and Salesforce.

• Ability to adhere to schedules and document execution with accuracy.
