Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for Mondelēz in retail locations while assisting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz's standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to the guidelines of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture images of displays and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays based on RTM-negotiated strategies.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist in new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce essential skills and aid in the onboarding process for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Cultivate operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future leadership opportunities.

• Comply with safety protocols and company vehicle policies while driving within the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Must have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.

• Capability to travel across assigned markets.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to uphold shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture display images, and accurately complete coverage tasks.

• Organized and effective in managing store visits and coverage assignments.

• Capable of reinforcing foundational skills and aiding in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Able to lift, bend, and move products throughout the day.

• Must follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
