Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations throughout the territory with professionalism and execution excellence.

• Provide dependable field coverage to support Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards.

• Conduct daily store visits in accordance with Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays as per RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and aid in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential management advancement.

• Lift, bend, move, push, and pull products while adhering to safety and vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence, US passport, or federal ID.

• A valid REAL ID driver's license, US passport, or federal ID is required for access to military base facilities.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

• Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Ability to adhere to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Competent in documenting execution and capturing display images.

• Ability to follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
