This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee sales at the territory level while acting as the main point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies and conveying approved clinical information.
• Engage in account planning and work closely with the commercial team.
• Promote rare disease products appropriately, adhering to company and industry standards.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and guidelines, particularly regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, compliance, and business conduct.
• Ensure adherence to company, industry, and governmental laws and regulations.
• Manage overall territory revenue and customer service.
• Recognize customer needs and offer solutions in both live and virtual environments, as well as within community and academic contexts.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and leading cancer centers.
• Gain profound insights into the market, customers, products, and competition.
• Engage in continuous training and development in product knowledge, sales skills, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies.
• Identify and apply methods to prioritize patient and customer needs and expedite medicine delivery.
• Analyze data, comprehend trends, prepare and communicate plans, and utilize digital platforms alongside omnichannel strategies.
• Participate in field coaching sessions aimed at executing account plans and enhancing competencies.
• Coordinate communication and strategies with colleagues from the field and headquarters.
• Assist local and area key opinion leaders.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech fields is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in Rare Disease sales within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Experience in neurology with both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Experience in oncology.
• Proven track record of selling in a competitive landscape.
• Prior experience in Rare Disease sales.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a proven ability to leverage technology.
• Extensive knowledge of the Neurology/Oncology market landscape and dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid and current driver's license is required.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
