This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee sales activities at the territory level and act as the main point of contact between clients and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies and conveying approved clinical information.
• Engage in account planning and work closely with the commercial team.
• Market rare disease products in alignment with company and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, compliance mandates, and business conduct standards.
• Ensure adherence to company, industry, and governmental laws and regulations.
• Manage overall revenue generation and customer assistance within the territory.
• Recognize customer needs and provide effective solutions in live, virtual, community, and academic environments.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, physician offices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers.
• Generate insights regarding market conditions, customers, products, and competition.
• Engage in ongoing training and personal development.
• Identify and implement strategies to prioritize patient and customer needs while enhancing medicine delivery.
• Analyze data, identify trends, prepare and communicate strategic plans, and utilize digital platforms and omnichannel approaches.
• Take part in field coaching sessions aimed at executing account plans and developing competencies.
• Collaborate with field and headquarters personnel.
• Assist local and area key opinion leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience in Rare Diseases within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, with a track record of success.
• Experience in oncology is essential.
• Proven ability to sell in a competitive market.
• Experience in Rare Disease sales is necessary.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a history of leveraging technology.
• Strong understanding of the Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of reimbursement and managed care processes.
• Excellent organizational skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• A valid and active driver's license is required.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
• The role may necessitate domestic travel up to 50% of the time.
