This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Promote product awareness and encourage its usage.
• Meet and surpass overall sales goals.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal team members, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to establish sales and customer networks.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of diseases and products to effectively promote dermatological offerings to healthcare professionals.
• Provide targeted healthcare professionals and physicians within an assigned area with clinically pertinent information.
• Surpass product objectives while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
• Assess opportunities based on knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape.
• Implement direct selling methods and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Utilize critical and strategic thinking to comprehend the healthcare landscape and facilitate customer access.
• Collaborate with field personnel to meet customer needs.
• Engage healthcare office staff through patient-centered clinical discussions and provide exceptional customer service via comprehensive account management.
• Foster relationships and maintain a prominent presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a quota-driven role.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
• Evidence of consistent, high performance in the current role and a strong capacity for learning.
• A high sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service.
• Willingness to travel as required for the specific territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly driven, performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Must fulfill applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including any necessary vaccination mandates.
