This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Foster product awareness and encourage utilization.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives.
• Cultivate effective relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal team members, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to create sales and customer networks.
• Acquire disease and product knowledge to promote dermatological products compliantly to healthcare professionals.
• Provide physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned region with clinically pertinent information.
• Ensure that product targets are not only met but exceeded while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
• Leverage marketplace and reimbursement expertise to prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct selling techniques and marketing strategies to enhance product demand.
• Assess the evolving healthcare landscape and secure customer access through strategic planning and critical thinking.
• Coordinate and work in partnership with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
• Interact with healthcare-office members through patient-centered clinical discussions and comprehensive account management.
• Build relationships and maintain a visible presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong ability to learn.
• High urgency in terms of customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the specific territory.
• Capability to excel in a highly driven, performance-oriented, fast-paced culture focused on results.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
