This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• Promote product awareness and encourage utilization.
• Achieve and surpass overall sales goals by fostering strong relationships and collaborating with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to cultivate sales and customer networks.
• Acquire knowledge about diseases and products to effectively and compliantly promote dermatological offerings to healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in a designated area to provide clinically relevant information and meet product objectives.
• Leverage knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to increase product demand.
• Employ critical thinking and a strategic approach to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape and secure customer access.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Utilize patient-centered clinical discussions to engage healthcare office members, delivering exceptional customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Build relationships and maintain an active involvement in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company with professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong ability to learn.
• High urgency level, particularly in regard to customer service.
• Willingness to travel as required by the designated territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
