This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• Promote product awareness and usage within a designated territory.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives by building strong relationships and collaborating with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Leverage business planning and local market insights to cultivate sales and customer networks.
• Acquire knowledge about diseases and products to ethically promote Organon’s offerings to healthcare professionals.
• Interact with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned area by providing clinically relevant information and achieving product goals while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct selling techniques and marketing strategies to enhance product demand.
• Navigate a dynamic healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic approaches to secure customer access.
• Collaborate and coordinate with field-based personnel to effectively address customer needs.
• Engage healthcare-office members through patient-focused clinical discussions and provide customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Foster relationships and maintain a visible presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven role.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong ability to learn.
• High sense of urgency, particularly in relation to customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly driven, performance-oriented, fast-paced culture.
• Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Interest in working within a rapidly evolving and fast-paced business environment.

• Capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds from a vehicle to call locations.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Must meet travel and credentialing requirements, including any associated vaccination prerequisites.
• Valid driving license is necessary.
