This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Report to the District Business Manager.
• Promote product awareness and usage.
• Surpass overall sales objectives by fostering strong relationships and collaborating with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to cultivate sales and customer networks.
• Acquire knowledge about diseases and products to effectively promote dermatological offerings to healthcare practitioners in a compliant manner.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the designated area by providing clinically relevant information and achieving product goals while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
• Prioritize opportunities based on market conditions and reimbursement landscape awareness.
• Employ direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Utilize critical thinking and a strategic approach in a dynamic healthcare setting to improve customer access.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
• Interact with healthcare office members through patient-centered clinical discussions and deliver customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a quota-driven position.
• Preference for experience in dermatology, medical devices, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role.
• Strong ability and willingness to learn.
• High urgency, especially in relation to customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the specified territory.
• Ability to excel in a driven, performance-oriented, fast-paced culture focused on results.
• Open to US and PR residents only.
