This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• Promote product awareness and encourage utilization.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders within the designated territory.
• Leverage business planning and local market insights to create sales and customer networks.
• Acquire knowledge about diseases and products to effectively and compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare providers to share clinically relevant information and exceed product targets while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
• Utilize marketplace and reimbursement insights to prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to increase product demand.
• Navigate the evolving healthcare landscape using critical thinking and strategic planning to secure customer access.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
• Use patient-centered clinical dialogue to engage healthcare office staff and provide customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Cultivate relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and relevant organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a quota-driven role; preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Proven history of sustained high performance in the current role and strong learning aptitude.
• A strong sense of urgency, particularly in relation to customer service.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the specified territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• The candidate must reside in the New York state portion of the territory.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to meet travel and credentialing requirements, including any necessary vaccination prerequisites.
