This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• Promote awareness and utilization of dermatological products.
• Meet and surpass overall sales targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders in a designated territory.
• Establish sales and customer networks by utilizing business planning and knowledge of the local market.
• Acquire in-depth disease and product knowledge to ethically promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to provide clinically relevant information and achieve product objectives.
• Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Drive product demand through effective selling techniques and market strategies.
• Adapt to an evolving healthcare environment using critical and strategic thinking.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
• Manage healthcare accounts while delivering patient-focused clinical conversations and customer service.
• Build relationships and maintain an active presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a quota-driven position.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are necessary.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong capacity for learning.
• A high sense of urgency, particularly in relation to customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as needed within the designated territory.
• Capability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Must meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including any necessary vaccination prerequisites.
