This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Foster product awareness and usage within the designated dermatology territory.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives by building effective relationships with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize business planning and insights into the local market to cultivate sales and customer networks.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of diseases and products to promote dermatological offerings compliantly to healthcare professionals.
• Interact with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to provide clinically significant information and achieve product goals.
• Leverage market knowledge and understanding of the reimbursement landscape to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Employ critical thinking and a strategic approach to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape and secure customer access.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field personnel to meet customer needs effectively.
• Engage healthcare office staff through patient-centric clinical conversations and comprehensive account management.
• Build relationships and maintain a visible presence within the dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven role.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
• A track record of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong capacity for learning is essential.
• A high sense of urgency, especially concerning customer service orientation, is required.
• Willingness to travel as required by the specific territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Must be a resident of the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
• Must meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including related vaccination prerequisites.
