This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Report to the District Business Manager.
• Promote awareness and usage of the company's dermatological products.
• Achieve and surpass overall sales goals by building effective relationships and partnerships with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to cultivate sales and customer networks.
• Acquire disease and product knowledge to ethically advocate for dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in a designated area to provide clinically relevant information and exceed product objectives.
• Leverage knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Apply critical thinking and a strategic approach to secure customer access in a dynamic healthcare landscape.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
• Utilize patient-centered clinical dialogue to engage healthcare office staff and provide exceptional customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Build relationships and maintain a visible presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven role.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role and strong learning aptitude.
• A strong sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as required by the assigned territory.
• Ability to excel in a motivated, performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Must meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination mandates.
