This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Cultivate sales and customer relationships by leveraging business planning and local market insights.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of diseases and products to effectively promote dermatological offerings to healthcare professionals.
• Connect with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the designated area.
• Provide clinically relevant information, surpass product objectives, and adhere to legal and compliance standards.
• Assess opportunities based on marketplace dynamics and reimbursement insights.
• Drive product demand utilizing direct sales techniques and market strategies.
• Employ critical thinking and a strategic approach in the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with field personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Engage healthcare office staff through patient-centered clinical discussions and comprehensive account management.
• Foster relationships and maintain an active presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role with a strong learning aptitude.
• A heightened sense of urgency, especially in relation to customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the specified territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must fulfill applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites.
• Must be capable of traveling 50% of the time.
