This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Foster product awareness and utilization within a specified territory.
• Meet and surpass overall sales targets.
• Build effective relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant parties.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to create sales and customer networks.
• Acquire knowledge about diseases and products to ethically promote dermatological items to healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to provide clinically relevant information and achieve product objectives.
• Prioritize opportunities based on knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape.
• Increase product demand through direct selling methods and market strategies.
• Adapt to the evolving healthcare environment and secure customer access through critical thinking and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
• Utilize patient-centered clinical dialogue and comprehensive account management to provide exceptional customer service.
• Cultivate relationships and maintain an active presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• Report to the District Business Manager.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are necessary.
• Evidence of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong ability to learn.
• A high sense of urgency, especially concerning customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the specific territory.
• Capability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be US and PR residents only.

• Ability to meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites.
