
Territory Business Manager, Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Report to the District Business Manager.
β’ Promote awareness and usage of the company's dermatological products.
β’ Achieve and surpass overall sales goals by fostering effective relationships and partnerships with physicians, staff, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
β’ Utilize business planning and local market insights to cultivate sales and customer networks.
β’ Enhance knowledge of diseases and products to compliantly promote dermatological solutions to healthcare professionals.
β’ Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the designated territory.
β’ Provide clinically relevant information and exceed product objectives while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
β’ Prioritize opportunities based on understanding the marketplace and reimbursement landscape.
β’ Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to increase product demand.
β’ Adapt to the evolving healthcare environment to secure customer access.
β’ Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
β’ Engage members of healthcare offices through patient-centered clinical discussions and comprehensive account management.
β’ Build relationships and maintain a visible presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
β’ Represent the company with professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
β’ A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
β’ A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
β’ Proven track record of sustained high performance in current role and a strong ability to learn.
β’ A strong sense of urgency, especially in relation to customer service orientation.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed for the specific territory.
β’ Ability to excel in a highly driven, performance-oriented, fast-paced culture focused on results.
β’ Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
β’ Visa sponsorship is not available.
β’ Must meet all applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites.
