
Territory Business Manager, Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Report directly to the District Business Manager.
β’ Promote product awareness and increase utilization.
β’ Meet and surpass overall sales goals.
β’ Establish strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant parties within a designated territory.
β’ Leverage business planning and local market insights to build sales and customer networks.
β’ Acquire disease and product knowledge to effectively promote dermatological offerings to healthcare professionals in a compliant manner.
β’ Interact with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned area, providing clinically relevant information.
β’ Prioritize opportunities based on marketplace dynamics and reimbursement knowledge.
β’ Increase product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies.
β’ Utilize critical and strategic thinking in a dynamic healthcare landscape.
β’ Work in conjunction with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
β’ Engage members of healthcare offices through patient-centered clinical discussions and comprehensive account management.
β’ Build relationships and maintain an active presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
β’ Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
β’ At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a quota-driven role.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
β’ A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
β’ A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
β’ Consistent high performance in the current role and a strong capacity for learning.
β’ A high sense of urgency, especially in relation to customer service.
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated territory.
β’ Ability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
β’ Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
β’ Must meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites.
