This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• Promote product awareness and encourage its utilization.
• Meet and exceed overall sales targets.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant parties within a designated territory.
• Leverage business planning and local market insights to establish sales and customer connections.
• Acquire knowledge about diseases and products to compliantly advocate for dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned area with clinically relevant information.
• Ensure sales goals are surpassed while adhering to legal and compliance guidelines.
• Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize potential opportunities.
• Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment by employing critical and strategic thinking to gain customer access.
• Collaborate and coordinate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs.
• Utilize patient-centered clinical conversations to engage members of healthcare offices and provide exceptional customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Forge relationships and maintain a visible presence within the dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance in the current role and a strong capacity for learning.
• A high sense of urgency, particularly in relation to customer service.
• Willingness to travel as required by the assigned territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly driven, performance-oriented, fast-paced culture.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Must be able to meet relevant travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites.
