This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee sales activities at the territory level and act as the main point of contact between clients and SpringWorks Therapeutics
β’ Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand objectives through authorized clinical information, strategic account planning, and collaboration with the commercial team
β’ Market rare disease products in alignment with company and industry standards
β’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, compliance regulations, and business ethics
β’ Ensure adherence to company, industry, and governmental laws and regulations
β’ Take ownership of overall territory revenue and customer support
β’ Recognize customer needs and offer solutions in live, virtual, community, and academic environments
β’ Foster relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and prominent cancer centers
β’ Acquire in-depth insights into the market, customers, products, and competition
β’ Engage in continuous training and development covering product knowledge, sales techniques, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies
β’ Identify and execute suitable patient- and customer-focused initiatives
β’ Analyze data, grasp trends, prepare and communicate strategies, and leverage digital platforms and omnichannel approaches
β’ Participate in field coaching sessions aimed at executing account plans and enhancing competencies
β’ Coordinate communication and strategies with colleagues from the field and headquarters
β’ Assist local and area key opinion leaders
β’ Bachelorβs degree is mandatory
β’ Advanced degree is preferred
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry required
β’ At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in Rare Disease within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector with successful outcomes
β’ Experience in oncology is essential
β’ Proven track record of selling in a competitive market
β’ Familiarity with virtual selling and adeptness in technology
β’ Extensive understanding of the Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable
β’ Strong knowledge of reimbursement and managed care processes
β’ Excellent organizational skills
β’ Proficient in written and verbal communication
β’ Valid and active driver's license required
β’ Candidates must reside within the designated territory
β’ Position may necessitate domestic travel up to 50% of the time
β’ Discretionary incentive compensation based on individual performance linked to MBOs and the Sales Incentive Plan
