City Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the network in your city and its neighboring regions.

• Expand the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management.

• Manage a variety of accommodations including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique stays.

• Oversee tasks related to cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and manage a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management responsibilities during your absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Optionally, recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their activities.

• Must have independent contractor or freelance status.

• Ability to persuade property owners and develop trusting relationships.

• Strong motivation and willingness to create a recurring, long-term income.

• Independent working style, capable of leveraging a structured network.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or another relevant industry is accepted.
