City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead business development efforts in your designated area by securing new properties for management.

• Supervise the daily operations of the property portfolio.

• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out processes.

• Foster and manage guest relationships effectively.

• Maximize revenue through effective yield management strategies.

• Ensure a multi-channel distribution strategy across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and maintain a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Develop the ALB network locally in Aubenas and its neighboring areas.

• Treat the area as if it were your own enterprise.

• Status as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Capability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust-based relationships.

• Self-motivation and independence are essential.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or similar fields is advantageous.

• Aiming to develop a recurring, long-term income stream.
