This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and provide career consultations.
• Assist participants with inquiries related to their careers.
• Regularly facilitate online workshops and Q&A sessions focused on career advancement and job applications.
• Professionally enhance application documents and instruct on strategic professional networking.
• Aid participants in effectively positioning themselves in the job market and preparing for HR interviews.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create the online career course for the learning platform.
• Continuously assess and refine cover letters, résumés, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Manage Career Services tasks including Slack notifications, workshop planning, and online events.
• Serve as the point of contact with Community Management within the Career & Community team.
• Provide relevant insights during cross-functional team discussions.
• Assist in the moderation and execution of course events, from welcoming participants to concluding sessions.
• Contribute to ensuring a consistently positive experience for course participants.
• 1–2 years of experience in (tech) recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management, or career services.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, paired with a high level of reliability.
• A proactive and pragmatic work approach with a readiness to take initiative.
• An innovative mindset and a passion for tackling new challenges and crafting creative solutions.
• High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
• Strong service and solution orientation, coupled with enthusiasm for education, career development, and engaging with people.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Experience in designing and delivering workshops is advantageous.
• Familiarity with or experience in the IT/tech sector is a plus.
• Previous experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training tools is beneficial.
• Residence in Germany or Austria is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 times a year to Berlin for team events and workshops is preferred.
