Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee all short-term rental concierge operations in your region as an independent operator.

• Expand the client portfolio by securing new property concierge management agreements.

• Supervise cleaning and maintenance teams.

• Coordinate with service providers.

• Ensure satisfaction for both property owners and guests.

• Enhance occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and listing quality.

• Act as a local representative for the ALB brand and boost its visibility.

• Manage inquiries from property owners in your area and handle operations via the ALB platform.

• Potentially recruit City Managers under your mentorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Must have independent / freelance status.

• Ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust-based relationships.

• Self-motivated and autonomous.

• Interest in establishing a long-term recurring income.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is not mandatory.
