First-Line Manager, German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Address all incoming customer inquiries within 5–7 minutes.

• Perform timely callbacks for missed calls in line with the contact protocol.

• Gather initial customer information strictly following the designated script.

• Interact with customers through written communication on WhatsApp and email.

• Diligently document transactions in the CRM system.

• Effectively manage the sales funnel.

• Conduct outbound calls to invite customers to webinars, inform them about promotions, and carry out customer interviews.

• Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.

• Knowledge of the Russian language is a plus.
