This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Report to the District Business Manager.
• Promote product awareness and usage.
• Meet and surpass overall sales targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.
• Leverage business planning and local market insights to create sales and customer networks.
• Acquire knowledge about diseases and products to ethically promote dermatological offerings to healthcare professionals.
• Connect with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned area to provide clinically relevant information and achieve product objectives.
• Prioritize opportunities based on insights into the marketplace and reimbursement landscape.
• Employ direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Navigate the evolving healthcare landscape using critical thinking and strategic planning to secure customer access.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively meet customer needs.
• Engage healthcare office members through patient-focused clinical discussions and provide customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Build relationships and maintain an active involvement in the dermatology community and relevant organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Evidence of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong capacity for learning.
• A high sense of urgency, especially in relation to customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as required by the specific territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Open to US and PR residents only.
• Capable of fulfilling all relevant travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites.
