β’ Report to the District Business Manager
β’ Promote product awareness and usage
β’ Meet and surpass overall sales objectives
β’ Build effective relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory
β’ Utilize business planning and local market insights to develop sales and customer networks
β’ Gain knowledge of diseases and products to compliantly market dermatological products to healthcare professionals
β’ Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned area
β’ Provide clinically relevant information and exceed product targets while ensuring adherence to legal and compliance standards
β’ Leverage knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
β’ Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand
β’ Adapt to a changing healthcare environment through critical thinking and a strategic approach
β’ Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively meet customer needs
β’ Utilize patient-focused clinical conversations to engage healthcare office members
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service through comprehensive account management
β’ Foster relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations
β’ Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner
β’ At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment
β’ Preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required
β’ Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
β’ Proven track record of sustained high performance in the current role and strong ability to learn
β’ High sense of urgency, especially in relation to customer service
β’ Willingness to travel as required by the specific territory
β’ Capability to excel in a highly driven, performance-focused, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
β’ Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico
