This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Promote product awareness and increase utilization in the North/Central New Jersey region.
• Meet and surpass overall sales targets.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, their staff, internal team members, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize business planning and insights from the local market to establish sales and customer networks.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of diseases and products to effectively promote dermatological offerings to healthcare professionals.
• Connect with physicians and other targeted healthcare professionals to provide clinically pertinent information and achieve product objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities based on market and reimbursement landscape understanding.
• Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Utilize critical thinking and a strategic approach to navigate selling in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to address client requirements.
• Engage with healthcare office staff through patient-centered clinical discussions and comprehensive account management.
• Foster relationships and maintain a visible presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a quota-driven position.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Evidence of consistent high performance in current role and a strong capacity for learning.
• A high sense of urgency, particularly in relation to customer service.
• Willingness to travel as required by the assigned territory.
• Ability to excel in a culture that is driven by performance, fast-paced, and results-oriented.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
