This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Report to the District Business Manager.
• Promote awareness and usage of dermatological products.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives.
• Establish strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.
• Build sales and customer networks leveraging business planning and local market insights.
• Acquire disease and product knowledge to ethically promote products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to provide clinically pertinent information and achieve product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities based on marketplace conditions and reimbursement landscape knowledge.
• Increase product demand through direct selling strategies and market initiatives.
• Utilize critical and strategic thinking to navigate a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Coordinate with field-based staff to meet customer needs.
• Interact with healthcare-office personnel through patient-centric clinical discussions and provide comprehensive account management.
• Foster relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and relevant organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a role with sales quotas.
• Preference for candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
• Evidence of consistent high performance in the current role and a strong ability to learn.
• High urgency level, particularly in relation to customer service.
• Willingness to travel as required for the designated territory.
• Ability to excel in a highly motivated, performance-driven, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Must meet applicable travel and credentialing standards, including necessary vaccination requirements.
