
Territory Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Perform food safety and sanitation audits within the designated geographical territory and account list.
• Following audit findings, relay significant sanitation issues to store management and suggest necessary corrective actions to uphold a high standard of cleanliness.
• Set up and maintain chemical dispensing systems, which may include ware wash dispensing platforms.
• Educate customer associates on the proper use of products, systems, and sanitation protocols.
• Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships within each account.
• Oversee the upkeep of the company vehicle and all other company assets assigned to TAS.
• Adhere to internal reporting obligations, fulfill assigned administrative responsibilities, and manage parts inventory in the storage shed and vehicle.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the company's safety policies, utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), and consistently follow safety procedures.
• Manage and control expenses and quality assurance measures related to equipment, parts, literature, and tools.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Certification as a National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Certified Professional-Food Safety (CP-FS) (or an equivalent) is required or must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and proficiency in training store sanitation teams effectively.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety or sanitation-related roles is preferred.
• Proficient in email, Excel, Word, and capable of using auditing platforms via tablet applications for over 2 years.
• Possession of a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to drive for extended durations, and willingness to stay overnight (up to 50% of the time).
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mechanical aptitude is necessary to gain proficiency through training in basic wiring and plumbing for the installation, maintenance, and repair of warewash and chemical dispensing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet company objectives.
• Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and self-motivated with the ability to direct one's own work.
