
Territory Account Manager – Vision Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the organization's representative with current clients while cultivating new prospects to promote ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses.
• Utilize knowledge of products, services, and marketing initiatives to finalize sales and sustain customer relationships.
• Identify customer strategic goals, purchasing motivations, end-user requirements, office workflows, and overall business operations.
• Gain insights into products, services, and policies through comprehensive sales training, manuals, seminars, and hands-on experience with seasoned representatives.
• Communicate product value, secure orders, assist in inventory and diagnostic-lens management, share supply and pricing trends, and keep detailed activity records and reports.
• Present compliant scientific and economic product differentiation within the designated territory.
• Position products and economic solutions for customers and patients by employing customized clinical and financial messaging.
• Leverage resources and tools to convey clear sales messages and implement pre-call strategies that influence customer behavior.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business and/or medical sales, or an equivalent mix of sales and/or industry experience, or participation in a J&J Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend trips.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, competitive selling techniques, business acumen, organizational abilities, complexity management, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of sales applications and principles.
• Residency in or near the designated geography is required.
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally, sit at a desk for up to two hours, climb stairs, move quickly between business interactions, and travel independently by car or airplane.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in business-to-business and medical sales.
• Preferred: documented sales achievements and awards, management development training, career development courses, or significant sales training programs.
• Commission-based sales role.
